Maggie Blair Bio

Maggie Blair is a partner in the firm's Finance practice. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate and mezzanine finance transactions. She represents public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of merger and acquisition and general corporate law matters. She also represents borrowers and lenders in connection with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans and acquisition financing.
