Kevin McKibbin Bio

Kevin McKibbin is a partner in the firm’s Chicago and Charleston offices. He is a member of the Private Equity practice group. Kevin’s practice focuses on the representation of private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic clients in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, recapitalizations, equity investments and other strategic transactions. He has represented clients investing or operating in a variety of industries, including healthcare, technology, and transportation and logistics. He also advises clients on corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
