Dr. Rüdiger von Hülst has been the managing partner of the German offices since 2007, and manages approximately 80 lawyers at three locations. As a lawyer, he focuses in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and structuring of public partnerships. He advises on numerous national and international transactions.
