Rema Awad concentrates her practice in mergers and acquisition, securities, private equity, and general corporate matters. Rema regularly represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions transactions. She also has experience with private equity and venture capital transactions, including equity finance, leveraged buy-outs, and leveraged recapitalizations representing the portfolio companies, private equity investors, and buyout funds. She advises management, boards of directors, fortune 500 companies, investors, owners of middle-market and emerging companies across a wide range of industries, including life sciences, health care, technology, manufacturing, hospitality and leisure.
