Jason Grove has been the lead lawyer on numerous transactions for privately held companies, with a focus on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies. He has substantial experience with a variety of deal structures, including leveraged buyout transactions, global transactions, mergers and acquisitions, sale transactions, equity financings, and general corporate counseling for clients in a wide range of industries. He is also a member of the Firm's Private Equity Training Committee. The clients Jason has represented include Blue Point Capital Partners, DLH Industries, Edgewater Capital Partners, GenNx360 Capital, Industrial Growth Partners, InterWrap Inc., MPE Partners, Odyssey Investment Partners, Primus Capital Partners, Resilience Capital Partners, The Kroger Co., and The Riverside Company. He also acts as the primary point of contact for dozens of portfolio companies of various private equity funds. Jason has served as a mentor in the Lawyer to Lawyer Mentoring Program through the Supreme Court of Ohio.
