Corey Dickey practices in the areas of private equity and M&A, with a focus on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies. He has experience in leveraged buyouts, divestitures, global and cross-border transactions, equity financings, corporate restructurings, and other strategic transactions. Corey also regularly counsels privately held companies and private equity firms and their portfolio companies on corporate governance and general business law matters. He has experience in a number of industries, including aerospace, automotive, building products, consumer goods, energy, manufacturing, and technology.
