Edward Prokop Bio

Ed Prokop advises clients in a variety of domestic and cross-border public and private transactions, as well as complex joint ventures, strategic alliances, and public-private partnerships. In addition, Ed regularly counsels clients on corporate governance, fiduciary, ethics and disclosure matters. He represents clients from a broad spectrum of industries including life sciences, food production and distribution, manufacturing, cannabis, telecommunications, media and technology. Ed works with companies in all stages of the growth cycle, from early stage private companies to mature publicly traded companies. With experience across a diverse mix of industries and clients, Ed capably devises creative and effective solutions for clients to achieve their strategic goals. He serves as lead deal counsel in connection with complex, high-stakes M&A transactions and is a trusted advisor to boards of directors and senior management of public and private companies. Ed serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Corporate Practice and is a member of the firm’s Management Committee.
