Lauren Ciminello serves as Chair of the Family Office practice for Jackson Walker. For nearly 20 years, she has advised high net worth individuals, families, business owners and family offices on a wide variety of legal matters, such as corporate governance, inter-generational planning, including business and family succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and estate and tax planning to help clients achieve their business and personal goals. Lauren has spent her legal career working with multiple generations of families, guiding them through various transactions and working through long term strategic planning.
