James Mcdonough counsels clients on a broad range of projects involving corporate finance, commercial real estate and mortgage lending, including traditional bank commercial loans, publicly and privately placed debt offerings and syndicated commercial loans; municipal bond transactions; and securitization of financial assets. Jimmy’s clients include public and private companies in a broad range of industries; financial institutions; municipalities and other governmental entities; universities; real estate investors, developers and end users; and institutional healthcare providers. He is board certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
