Kenneth Lefkowitz Bio

Kenneth Lefkowitz is deputy chair of Hughes Hubbard & Reed and a member of the firm’s highest governing body, the Executive Committee. In his more than 40 years at the firm, he has advised on mergers and acquisition deals for a variety of industry-leading companies, including Sotheby’s, Delta Air Lines, AMC Networks, Madison Square Garden Sports, Madison Square Garden Entertainment, Paramount Global and its predecessor companies, Grab Holdings, Limited, and Coupang.
