Tracy Larsen is leader of the Transactions and Counseling Practice Group and managing partner of the Grand Rapids office. Having one of the most active transactional practices in the Midwest, Tracy represents clients in a wide array of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, recapitalization, restructuring and corporate finance transactions. He has led hundreds of M&A transactions, both domestic and international, involving tens of billions of dollars in trade value.
