David Axelson focuses his practice on leveraged finance. He represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and corporate borrowers in a broad range of transactions, including acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, cash-flow and asset-based credit facilities, debt restructurings and other complex transactions ranging in value from hundreds of thousands of dollars to over $4.5 billion.
