Richard Stauber Bio

Richard Stauber practice focuses on Swiss and European competition law. He represents businesses in competition law investigations and merger control proceedings and advises clients on distribution arrangements, cooperation projects and license agreements. His areas of expertise also include regulatory affairs and administrative law. Richard Stäuber is Non-Governmental Advisor to the Swiss Competition Commission for the International Competition Network (ICN) and co-editor of the Swiss Journal of Competition Law (Schweizerische Zeitschrift für Kartellrecht).
