Felix Dasser is a senior member and former head of the Litigation / Arbitration practice team. He advises and represents companies in international commercial and investment disputes in litigation and arbitration proceedings, as well as on white collar crime and regulatory compliance. He also sits as an arbitrator and acts as expert witness on Swiss law.
