Chris Boling Bio

Chris Boling assists clients on complex domestic and international business transactions and projects, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and the development of large infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience in the energy industry and represents clients in the full life cycle of energy projects, from early-stage development and construction to revenue generation, day-to-day operation, and acquisition or divestiture. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Chris served as an associate at Vinson & Elkins LLP in the Energy Transactions & Projects Group.
