Hallee Moore thrives in complexity, advising private equity sponsors, growth equity and venture capital investors, and other public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other strategic transactions. With extensive transactional experience, Hallee works with a wide range of financial sponsors, investors and portfolio companies, REITs, private and public companies, and entrepreneurs on a variety of sophisticated transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, joint ventures, investments, recapitalizations, and reorganizations. Halleeās international experience includes advising US-based companies seeking to expand internationally as well as foreign entities seeking to establish a US presence. Her experience spans cross-border transactions, subsidiary and branch formations, and redomestications. To help companies protect and mitigate post-transaction risk, Hallee brings specialized experience counseling clients through the pre-and post-underwriting and claims recovery processes. She guides clients on representation and warranty insurance and other transactional liability insurance products, from advising on indemnity mechanics, negotiating insurance policy policies and coverage terms and facilitating diligence. Hallee also advises insurance brokers on market terms and best practices. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Hallee was a partner at a full-service Am Law 200 firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. She also served as a law clerk for Judge Sharon McCally of the Fourteenth Court of Appeals for the State of Texas in Houston.
