Angela Franklin leverages her 30 plus years of transaction and title experience to provide emerging energy and traditional natural resources clients with comprehensive services and practical solutions. She advises clients on acquisition, divestiture, merger, exploration, development, and financing projects and transactions. She guides clients through complex administrative agency requirements and prepares the documents and agreements necessary to accomplish their goals. Angela has significant experience examining title to and conducting due diligence reviews of federal, state, Indian, and private lands and leases throughout the Rocky Mountain region and Alaska, and rendering acquisition, drilling, division order, financing, and counsel opinions. She regularly advises on the intricacies of federal lands, leases and units. Being from a multi-generational oil and gas family, Angela has a deep appreciation for the energy and natural resources industries she serves and understands the needs of the people working in these industries.
