As co-chair of our New York Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group, Greg Kramer represents investment funds and public companies in his broad-based corporate practice. Whether in the arena of private equity, direct lending or capital markets, Greg plays a major role. Clients particularly seek Greg’s representation in connection with private investments in public equity (PIPEs), private credit transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
