Edward Baker Bio

Edward Baker is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in Haynes Boone's London office. Edward has a depth of experience in both private and public mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity capital markets and advisory matters. He spent two years on secondment to the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers and has experience on Takeover Code-related matters, advising bidders, targets, asset managers, investment banks and shareholders (both institutional and private). Edward has acted for both buyers and sellers on numerous private M&A transactions, many of which have been cross-border. He is a team player with a proven track record of originating and delivering both complex and simple transactions in the U.K. and internationally.
