Marc Dupre Bio

Marc is a partner in our Boston office. Marc practices corporate and securities law, with a focus on representing companies and investors in the technology and life sciences sectors. He advises entrepreneurs, start-ups and public companies on financings, equity incentive plans, public offerings, SEC reporting, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. He also represents venture capital funds in investment transactions and portfolio company matters. In addition to representing clients, Marc serves as head of the firm’s Corporate Group.
