Hilary Adams Bio

Hilary is a corporate and securities partner in our New York office. Hilary focuses half of her practice on representing emerging growth companies from inception through maturity in a wide variety of technology industries, including those in the consumer internet, health care, agriculture, financial, and entertainment technology industries. The other half of Hilary’s practice is representing and advising venture capital and growth equity firms who invest in technology companies. She has significant experience representing both companies and investors in venture financings of every stage, size, and type. She also has deep experience representing companies through buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, and assisting venture and growth equity firms whose portfolio companies are undergoing a sale or other exit event (including IPOs and SPACs). Hilary began her legal career at the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in their Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity group.
