Colman Lynch Bio

Colman is a partner in our New York office. Colman specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles. Colman’s practice focuses on venture capital financings, company formation, governance matters, tender offers and mergers and acquisitions and Colman represents a wide variety of technology and consumer packaged goods companies as well as a number of leading venture capital firms. While at Gunderson Dettmer, Colman has spent several years as a lecturer at Yale Law School, teaching a class on Startups and the Law, and has guest-lectured, spoken at or engaged in panel discussions at Yale Law School, Columbia Law School, Columbia Business School and others. When outside the office, Colman can often be found running through Prospect Park or in some of New York’s smaller music venues.
