Billy Kwon specializes in mergers & acquisitions and has a broad range of experience advising sellers, buyers and investors in mergers, stock purchases, asset sales and other strategic transactions. Billy represents a wide variety of emerging growth and technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms, and has experience representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. Prior to joining the firm, Billy practiced in the New York and Hong Kong offices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
