Adam Reuben Bio

Adam is a partner in our New York office. Adam represents emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, and private equity funds in online media, mobile/social technologies, entertainment, software and consumer products. His practice spans the entire lifecycle of technology-driven ventures—he represents entrepreneurs as they form businesses, counsels young companies through their initial rounds of financing, provides general corporate, operations, employment and intellectual property guidance, and executes M&A transactions. In addition to his general corporate practice, Adam serves as investors’ counsel for many top-tier venture capital funds. Adam previously worked as an attorney at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York where he focused on mergers and acquisitions. Before becoming a lawyer, Adam had a career in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles, where he worked in both talent representation and feature film development at Creative Artists Agency and Michael Ovitz’s Artists Management Group.
