Marc Baluda focuses his practice on transactions and financings involving privately held middle-market and emerging growth companies seeking liquidity. Marc handles strategic acquisitions and spinoffs, private sponsor and institutional buyer transactions and is chair of the Firm’s employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) Group. Marc's practice also includes advising maturing companies with respect to their increasingly complex capital structures. He represents private equity funds in their acquisition and recapitalization of portfolio assets, as well as banks and other financial institutions deploying capital. Foreign investors and conglomerates seek Marc's counsel in relation to acquisition strategies involving privately held entities in the United States.
