Matthew Baudler is a partner in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology M&A practice. Matthew focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and has extensive transaction experience advising public and private companies, financial sponsors, and investors with M&A transactions and minority investments across a number of industries, including technology, e-commerce, life sciences, digital media, financial technology, cannabis, healthcare, and consumer products.
