Lisa Haddad Bio

Lisa Haddad is a partner in the firm’s Public M&A / Corporate Governance practice. She focuses on mergers and acquisitions involving public companies and corporate governance matters. Lisa serves on the firm’s Allocations Committee. She was formerly a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, co-chair of the Public M&A / Corporate Governance practice, and co-chair of Goodwin’s Women’s Initiative. Lisa has extensive experience in representing buyers, sellers and financial advisors in merger and acquisition transactions involving both public and private companies, especially in the life sciences and technology sectors. In this area, she has a special focus on public company mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and other complex transactions involving public companies.
