Bio

Lillian Kim is a corporate partner and member of the firm’s Public M&A/Corporate Governance and Technology and Life Sciences groups. Lillian focuses her practice on advising public companies, boards of directors and special committees, and private equity firms in connection with mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments and other significant corporate matters. She also advises clients on corporate governance and securities law disclosure and compliance. She has represented clients across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, information technology, software, financial services, retail and consumer products, and real estate. Lillian serves as a member of the firm’s New York Hiring Committee, Women’s Initiative, and the Committee on Racial and Ethnic Diversity.
