Jared Fine Bio

Jared Fine is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology and Healthcare practices, where he serves as a trusted advisor to emerging companies and investors across every stage of the business life cycle. Regularly serving as general counsel to clients, his practice includes mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and general corporate and securities law. He has significant experience advising clients from initial financing through the successful IPO or exit. Jared was a summer associate in our Boston office in 2008, joined as an associate following law school, and relocated to New York in 2025.
