Jake Herman is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity group. Jake advises clients on broad-based general corporate and transactional matters with a particular focus on US and cross-border M&A, private equity, growth equity, and venture capital transactions. Jake advises clients in various industries, including technology, healthcare, financial services, digital currency, consumer products, telecommunications, education, and manufacturing.
