Ian Engstrand Bio

Ian Engstrand is a partner in the firm's Technology group and M&A/Corporate Governance practice, where he focuses on representation of technology companies. Ian is a key contributor to Goodwin’s Founders Workbench, an online resource for start-ups, emerging companies, and the entrepreneurial community. He joined Goodwin in 2007. Ian has experience in several areas of corporate practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, corporate finance, and securities and capital markets transactions.
