Frederic Guilloux Bio

Frederic Guilloux is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group. He focuses his practice on leveraged acquisition finance and corporate finance, and has represented a wide array of financial institutions, banks, private debt funds and borrowers on different types of bank and bond financings. He also has expertise in Real Estate Finance. Prior to joining Goodwin in 2016, Frédéric was a counsel at Shearman & Sterling, and previously practiced at Linklaters and Orrick. Frederic is fluent in French, English, and German.
