David Ajalat is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology practice and Co-Chair of its Fintech practice, where he represents startups, growth companies, venture capitalists and growth investors. David guides companies throughout their lifecycle, from formation and financings through exit planning. He has led hundreds of financing and M&A transactions for companies in a wide variety of industries, including technology, digital media, life sciences, fintech, proptech, crypto and web3, software, consumer products, and entertainment, sports, and media. He regularly advises companies on: company formation and structuring, general corporate counseling, corporate governance, capital raising, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting and compliance. David also represents venture capital and private equity firms, as well as strategic acquirers in connection with their investments and M&A transactions.
