Daniel Isaacs is a partner in Goodwin’s Business Law Department. His practice focuses on advising emerging companies and investors throughout the corporate life cycle, including pre-incorporation planning and formation, venture capital and growth equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and general corporate representation and counseling. Mr. Isaacs represents clients in a variety of technology and life sciences industries, including digital health and healthcare, alternative energy and other clean technologies, climate tech, artificial intelligence and machine learning, cybersecurity, Fintech, blockchain and digital currency, new media, e-commerce, software, hardware, biotech, medical devices and diagnostics, and pharmaceuticals. Mr. Isaacs is a member of Goodwin’s Hiring Committee.
