Daniel Isaacs Bio

Daniel Isaacs is a partner in Goodwin’s Business Law department. His practice focuses on advising emerging companies and investors throughout the corporate life cycle, including pre-incorporation planning and formation, venture capital and growth equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and general corporate representation and counseling. Daniel represents clients in a variety of technology and life sciences industries, including digital health and healthcare, alternative energy and other clean technologies, climate tech, artificial intelligence and machine learning, cybersecurity, Fintech, new media, e-commerce, software, hardware, biotech, medical devices and diagnostics, and pharmaceuticals. Daniel is a member of Goodwin’s Hiring Committee.
