Arvin Abraham is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group. He focuses his practice on transactions for private equity sponsors, venture capital funds, and strategic investors, primarily in the fintech and healthcare sectors. Arvin also advises companies across the corporate life cycle, from inception and early financings through to a successful acquisition or public offering.
