Alexandra Denniston Bio

Alexandra Denniston is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department. Ms. Denniston advises a wide variety of clients, including both public and private companies, with respect to the employee benefit and compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and other corporate transactions. Ms. Denniston regularly advises public company clients on SEC reporting requirements related to executive compensation. In addition, she represents employers and executives in the negotiation, design and implementation of employment, severance and change in control arrangements and equity and other incentive compensation plans and arrangements. Ms. Denniston also has experience advising clients on Title I of ERISA, including fiduciary, investment and prohibited transaction matters as well as counseling investment managers and investment funds regarding the establishment and operation of collective investment funds, venture capital operating companies and real estate operating companies.
