Vanessa Bachtell is a principal in the firm's Corporate, Securities & Tax Group. Her work experience encompasses a wide range of matters, and includes representing buyers, sellers and other participants in acquisitions, dispositions and other commercial transactions; working with lenders, institutional and other investors to structure and negotiate equity investments; counseling a variety of entities and individuals on a diverse array of business issues and objectives, whether in response to discrete transactions or with respect to more day-to-day legal counseling needs; advising and assisting clients on matters involving start-ups, entity formation and organization, compliance issues and governance; and reviewing, negotiating and drafting a broad spectrum of corporate contracts and agreemen
