Ross Friedman is a Principal in the firm's Corporate Group. He advises private equity, family offices, privately held companies, startups and lenders on a variety of complex transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, debt and equity restructurings, and other transactions. Ross also provides general corporate advice to clients, which includes structuring and reviewing commercial agreements, including master services agreements, consulting agreements, employment agreements, customer agreements, vendor agreements and nondisclosure agreements. He represents clients in a variety of industries, including food, service, manufacturing and financial. Ross has been recognized in the 2024 and 2023 editions of "The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch" publication in the areas of Corporate Law and Business Organizations.
