Jami Brodey Bio

Jami Brodey is a Principal in the firm's Real Estate Group. She has experience in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine lending, construction financing, loan workout and restructuring, real estate property acquisition and disposition, and commercial leasing. Jami is skilled in sale-leaseback transactions, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and in structuring and negotiating commercial mortgage loans. She represents lending clients in mortgage and construction financing with respect to various asset classes, including multi-family housing, office, retail, senior housing and hotels. She represents both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial leases. She also represents commercial real estate investors and owner-occupiers in the purchase and sale of multiple asset types.
