John M. Pollack is co-chair of Gibson Dunn’s Private Equity Group, where he advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies on U.S. and cross-border transactions. He also serves on the Finance Committee of Gibson Dunn. John was named one of the 2025 Dealmakers of the Year by The American Lawyer.
