Jesse Myers Bio

Jesse P. Myers is a partner in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s Houston office. Mr. Myers focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and capital markets matters. He regularly represents buyers and sellers in public and private mergers and acquisitions and issuers and underwriters in public and private securities offerings. Before joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Myers was a partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Previously, he was a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP. Mr. Myers graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law, summa cum laude, in 2007 where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as research editor for the Tennessee Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, magna cum laude, in 2003.
