Jakob Egle Bio

Jakob Egle is a partner in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Mr. Egle is a member of the Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Practice Groups. Mr. Egle regularly advises on a wide range of private equity, corporate, and M&A transactions in Europe, with a particular focus on leveraged buyouts, growth capital investments, divestitures, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and management equity plans. Before joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Egle was an associate in the private equity practice of another international law firm and spent time on secondment at The Blackstone Group and Goldman Sachs International.
