Benyamin Ross Bio

Ben Ross is a co-chair of Gibson Dunn’s Media, Entertainment, and Technology Practice Group. He advises companies, private equity firms, and high net-worth individuals in M&A, investments, joint ventures, and general commercial agreements. Ben works with clients in a broad array of industries, and has extensive experience working with technology, media, and entertainment companies. Ben has been recognized as a top 500 Leading Lawyer in America by Lawdragon, a leading lawyer in M&A by industry publications such as Chambers USA, a “Power Lawyer” by The Hollywood Reporter, and one of the best lawyers in the entertainment industry by Variety. Ben clerked for Chancellor William B. Chandler III, of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Ben received his law degree from New York University School of Law, where he received the Vanderbilt Medal and the President’s Service Award. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Princeton University, graduating magna cum laude.
