Monica specializes in commercial litigation. Her practice covers disputes pertaining to contracts, property, commercial leasing, securities, construction, and mortgage enforcement. Monica has successfully represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court, Ontario Court of Appeal, Divisional Court, and at Arbitrations. Monica holds a Juris Doctor from Queens University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queens University.
