Monica Peters specializes in commercial litigation. Her practice covers disputes pertaining to contracts, property, commercial leasing, securities, construction, and mortgage enforcement. Monica has successfully represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court, Ontario Court of Appeal, Divisional Court, and at Arbitrations. Monica holds a Juris Doctor from Queens University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queens University. She is a semi-regular contributor to the Canadian Real Estate Wealth magazine and is published in Landlord’s Rights and Remedies in a Commercial Lease: A Practical Guide, 2nd Edition, The Lawyers Weekly, and various online forums.
