Steven Scheinfeld is Global Chair of our Corporate Department and advises clients in various industries in connection with public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, financings and complex strategic partnerships. Steve’s clients include Aerie Pharmaceuticals, Capital One, CVS Health, Fortress Infrastructure, L&M Development Partners, SL Green Realty Corp., Terex Corporation and Tradeweb Markets. Steve is active in the boardroom community and was named a NACD Corporate Governance Fellow and recognized as a leading advisor in their “Directorship 100.” He is consistently recognized by Legal 500 in M&A: Mega-Deals and has been recognized in Capital Markets: Equity Offerings and Real Estate: Private Equity and Corporate.
