Randi Lally represents private equity firms and industry-leading public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. In her work with clients, Randi leverages her extensive experience in mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, carve-out transactions, recapitalizations, and other corporate and governance matters. Our investment management clients regularly benefit from Randi’s effective advice and extensive experience on acquisitions and dispositions of interests in hedge fund and private equity fund managers. Randi’s clients include RedBird Capital Partners, Goldman Sachs, Dyal Capital Partners, and Permira Advisers, among others. Randi was named to the Crain’s New York Business 2021 “Notable Women in Law” list, Private Equity International’s “40 under 40” list, and Mergers & Acquisitions’ list of “Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A.” In 2020, she was selected as “Private Equity MVP” by Law360 . In the same year, Randi was selected as a “Next Generation Lawyer” by Legal 500 in recognition of her private equity experience - a ranking that she still maintains in 2024. Randi was also included in IFLR’s Euromoney Legal Media Group Americas Rising Star Awards, being shortlisted for “Best in Private Equity."
