Jerome Friedrich advises clients on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions with a particular focus on domestic and international infrastructure investments, and on complex corporate, acquisition, and real estate financings. For more than 20 years, clients have relied on Jérôme’s comprehensive legal advice in connection with domestic and cross-border transactions. Jérôme is also a member of the firm's Digital Assets and Blockchain Practice, advising clients on the applications of blockchain/distributed ledger technology, including virtual currencies and similar products, as well as various related business models. His clients include national and multinational investors, sponsors, funds, banks, and other companies. Jérôme also advises foreign companies in various industry sectors on their market entry into Germany. Prior to joining Fried Frank, Jérôme served as the head of the finance practice of a German law firm. Before that, he was a partner in the global finance group of a major international US law firm. Jérôme also previously worked on secondment to the legal department of the German promotional bank KfW.
