Colum Weiden advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and other complex corporate transactions. Colum has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, having represented private investment groups and public and private companies in mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, carveout transactions, joint ventures, recapitalizations, growth equity investments, venture investments, secondary sales of private equity limited partnership interests, and other corporate and governance matters. Colum also frequently engages in community outreach. As a graduate of Fordham Preparatory School in the Bronx, he maintains active involvement in the Prep’s alumni affairs, including serving as a young alumni adjunct to the Prep’s Board of Trustees and previously serving as the inaugural chair of the Prep’s young alumni giving association.
