Aseet Dalvi is a partner in Fried Frank's Corporate Department and Capital Markets Practice, resident in the firm's London office. Aseet's transactional experience spans a wide range of debt capital markets and financing transactions (including, in particular, high yield debt issuances), as well as equity offerings (including complex capital raisings by alternative investment funds), mergers and acquisitions transactions and liability management and restructuring transactions. He also regularly advises clients on compliance with their obligations under the US and English securities laws, including ongoing disclosure and corporate governance matters. Aseet has previously been recognized in The Legal 500 UK guide in high-yield, with clients praising his 'exceptional technical skill, amazing poise, endurance and grace under fire,' and as a rising star in debt capital markets and high-yield by IFLR 1000. Prior to joining Fried Frank, Aseet worked in the London offices of another prominent international law firm.
