Travis’ practice focuses on representing buyers, sellers and institutional investors in private and public mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and public offerings. Travis is a member of the Firm’s M&A and Private Equity groups. Travis represents public and private companies, large cap and middle market private equity sponsors and other private capital investors, as well as their portfolio companies, in connection with transactions including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, financings and general corporate matters. Travis’ clients span across a wide range of industries, including healthcare and life sciences, software and technology, media, business services, retail and consumer products, and manufacturing.
